iTOK Rebrands Its B2B Offering as Digity

New Brand Uniquely Positioned to Support Small Businesses and Their Technology Needs

LEHI, Utah (October 14, 2014) – Located in the heart of the Silicon Slopes, technology advisory and support company iTOK, Inc. has announced the rebranding of its small business segment, Digity. The newly named division provides IT advisory services and technology support to small and micro businesses. To coincide with the announcement, the company has launched a new website, www.digity.com, where visitors can learn more about its business-specific offerings. Since the company's founding in 2004, iTOK has been primarily focused on the consumer market. Within the last 18 months, however, iTOK has seen an increasing demand for Technology Advisors in the small and micro business markets. “There's an unfulfilled need for IT advisory service and support with small and micro businesses,” said Seth Bailey, CEO of Digity and iTOK. “With the speed and constant change of technology, it's important for executives to understand how technology can be used to help maximize results rather than struggling with basics and trying to get by.” Bailey hired Keith Tanaka and Erich Pletsch to lead the Digity team and develop the brand. Since then, Digity has partnered with Mozy, a well-known online data backup company, to provide specialized backup services to its members. The company also purchased Concentsus, another online backup solution for businesses, to strengthen its service. With thousands of members across North America, Digity is poised to further penetrate the market by providing products and services specifically tailored to the technology needs of small and micro businesses. Digity provides personalized IT consulting services as well as a robust set of offerings from one-time computer fixes to device monitoring, installation of anti-virus software to online data backup, and remote technology support. “As Technology Advisors, we want to change the way small business owners use and benefit from technology,” said Keith Tanaka, vice president of small business for Digity. “We are excited about the future, and we're dedicated to offering personalized service with innovative solutions to help our customers better use technology in their businesses.” About Digity Digity is an IT advisory and technology support firm serving small businesses across North America. The company wants to change the way small business owners think about, consume, and maximize technology. The company was founded in 2004 and is located in Lehi, Utah.
